01/05/2026 - We are currently beginning the migration to our new website, part of this migration will be steps to migrate our training to a new authentication workflow. We have taken our training offering offline whilst this migration happens and will be available once again on the new website.

CCPBioSim is constantly developing tutorials and training material, covering both basic concepts and advanced biomolecular simulation methods. Most are now available to members at any time through our cloud-based training platform, which means they can be run from a web browser directly, without the need to download or install anything on your own computer. Recordings of lectures are available on our YouTube channel.

You can register under the Account menu at the top right. Once you are logged in, you will be able to access the training. There are four pages under Training. The tutorials have been divided into sections on setting up simulations, running simulations, analysing the data from simulations, and miscellaneous others.
