Title: Integrating Simulation Methods into Drug Discovery Workflows: Successes, Gaps and Opportunities

Abstract:  Discussion of the use of simulation methods (primarily FEP) at GSK and how they have evolved over the last 10 year.  How simulation is integrated with other design tools, especially in an age of AI/ML prominence.  There will be a focus on what has worked (and hasn’t), gaps in our current capabilities and pointers for those developing methods to areas that would be particularly impactful at GSK.
