Check in/Arrival Information

You can arrive at any time, but registration is from 11am onwards Wednesday in the Monson Room. The lunch service will not start until 12.30 and goes through to 14.00.

Check in time for the rooms is from 2:00pm and check out is kindly requested by 10:00am on the day of departure. Bags can be stored at the lodge or in the main meeting room on the Friday.

Anyone with an allergy or dietary requirement should makes themselves known to the catering staff, who will help them make a selection. If you prefer a vegetarian option at the main meals you must inform us by the 31/08/2018.

Porters Lodge- The Porters’ Lodge is manned 24 hours a day, although the Night Porter may be out on site from time to time. If you arrive at night and the Porter is not in the Lodge you can call them on 01865 274300 and they will return to the Lodge.

Parking is very limited. It is strongly advised to come by train/bus/taxi. If you are still hoping to drive please contact us immediately - do not simply assume you can park!

Wifi: There is eduroam but if you are not on eduroam, then you can connect to "the Cloud" service. You can also register with the Cloud prior to arrival here.

Please state clearly whether you want to be considered for a talk or poster or both. Only abstracts for which payment has been received will be considered.
