The fourth annual meeting of CCP-BioSim will be held in Leeds, from Wednesday 7th to Friday 9th January 2015. The aim is to provide a forum where everyone interested in applying biomolecular simulation techniques to their work – not just experts - can get practical information to enhance their research. and should be paid through the registration site. The student price can be claimed by clicking the "Bursary Available" box during registration. The conference fee includes the conference dinner on Wednesday 7th.
Late registrations will be accepted until 14th December at the higher rate of:

Note, registration is not considered complete until full payment has been received. There are no additional bursaries available.
There are opportunities for contributed talks, each of 20 mins. Abstracts from experimentalists collaborating with simulators are welcomed. Abstracts addressing the following areas are also encouraged; please indicate the relevant area on your abstract submission:

Abstracts for contributed talks or posters should follow this template, and be emailed to the abstract co-ordinator by 9th November 2014 using the Subject line "2015 CCP-BioSim conference contributed abstract". Indicate whether you wish to be considered for a talk only, a poster only, or either. Please note that we are unable to consider your abstract unless you have registered and paid for the event.

Poster boards are 2m high x 1m wide, i.e. suitable for a portrait A0 poster, see picture.
In addition to regular poster-sessions we have arranged poster-pitch sessions. You will have a maximum of 2 minutes to present the topic of your research to the other delegates. Poster pitches will be presented in alphabetical order. A list of poster pitches will be circulated shortly before the event. If you wish, you can use 1 or 2 slides for your presentation. Registration opens up from 11 am on Wednesday 7th January, with the scientific programme starting at 1.00pm. The meeting will end at around 2 pm on Friday 9th January.
